A logo is the most compact representation of your brand. Whether you are a business, non-profit or individual, you can trust me to help you build the foundation you need to have a memorable and recognizable brand that catches the eye and works to win the hearts and minds of your audience.
How Does this Work?
Step 1: Intro Call – We discuss your goals and discover how I can best help you.
Step 2: Start Date – The next available spot will be assigned to you and saved by your project deposit.
Step 3: Business Brief Exchange – I send you an in-depth questionnaire & you send me a moodboard of sorts for design and direction. If you opted for my Logo Design Strategy package I take you through a step-by-step process to hone in on your business’ foundation.
Step 4: Project Begins – Using the information you’ve given me and research on your industry, I get to work for you designing your unique logo & alternate mark. (My favorite part!)
Step 5: Logo Design Presentation – I set up a Goole Meet to discuss your logo & alternate mark about one week after Step 3.
Step 6: Feedback & Refinements – You send me feedback a couple of days after presentation, and I make the necessary revisions to perfection and create your Style Guide.
Step 7: Brand Pieces – After approval of your brand, I create the three Start-up Pieces of your choice. Send for approval and revisions to perfection.
Step 8: Deliverables – I prepare & send over your assets in an organized zip file. Congratulations, you are ready to grow!

I’m commited to giving you an exceptional design experience through one-to-one service, high standard perfessionalism and integrity meeting the needs of your valuable project.
How does payment work?
Payments keep the project rolling!
A non-refundable payment of 25% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot on my calendar. Another 50% is due after the presentation of your project, and the other 25% is due after you approve the design and before the final files are sent.
Any discounts and/or adjustments will be made to the final invoice.
If the project exceeds the services detailed in the proposal, KayKelso, LLC will let you know prior to overages and project adjustments can be made to fit your needs.
A late fee of $25 per week will be assessed on all invoices within 15 days after the invoice is received.
The USD payments are accepted via card or Bank Transfer through my invoicing software.
Can I add additional start-up pieces to the package?
Absolutely! If you need more than three pieces (included in the package) let me know in our intro call or Business Questionnaire. If you have another start-up piece need, just ask!
Do you offer just logo design?
I strongly believe that branding is more than just a logo and as much logo is important for your business, it’s simply not enough. My goal is to provide you with a cohesive and streamlined brand from start to finish, therefore my Logo style Package is the best option for getting your business up and running. The only exception is for events, programs and causes that exsist for a short time in which case only a logo design is necessary.
Do you offer on-going design services?
Absolutely! Once you’ve entrusted me with your brand, I’m commited to your business as your “on-call” professional print & web designer. I will not leave you hanging.
Your business is my business and building a long lasting relationship with my clients is what I’m all about.
I offer continued design service through hourly basis or monthly retainer plans. Just ask!
